In this short (2.5 min) documentary video, Dane-zaa elder Johnny Askoty describes the effect of oil spills on his hunting grounds and traditional resources. In 2007 this short documentary was presented by the Doig River First Nation, an Athapaskan group from northeastern British Columbia, Canada, to government regulators and industry representatives during a meeting about cumulative industrial impacts on Dane-zaa lands.
